Our Involvement in the Community
We support organizations and initiatives that make our community a better place to live for everyone. We do this the best way we know how: feeding people.
We are currently actively involved in ongoing local Edmonton school lunch and grocery hamper programs. We also provide bulk donations to organizations like Hope Mission, Bissel Centre, and Drive Happiness.
Environmental Impact
Caring for our environment is a big part of caring for our community. We strive to make choices about our products and packaging that are better for our community and environment.
We’re always working to better understand our environmental impact and make adjustments to our business model that reflect that awareness. We’ve discontinued the use of plastic carry bags and offer paper or reusable grocery bags instead. We also have made changes to our product packaging sourcing our compostable and paper packaging rather than single-use plastic.
