We’re looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team!

We’re looking for people who are excited to provide our customers with a superior customer service experience. While this role’s main responsibilities will be to greet and serve customers, there is opportunity for self-starting individuals to assume other responsibilities. As part of our team, you will contribute to the continued success and solid reputation of Bon Ton Bakery as a business that provides high-quality products and positively contributes to the community.
We have part-time (16 – 24 hours) and full-time (40 hours) positions available, Tuesday through Saturday.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent, and some previous customer service experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or similar retail setting
- a proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service
- ability to exercise judgment and show initiative
- ability to work in a fast paced multi-task environment, and able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- ability to be flexible, friendly, courteous, adaptable, efficient and professional
Starting Salary:
- Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
- Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience
